Banana Oats (Whole 30, Paleo)
In a small bowl, mash the bananas.
Scramble the eggs in with the bananas.
On medium to high heat, add 1tsp coconut oil to a nonstick pan
Pour the banana mixture into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add toppings: almond butter, nuts, strawberries (or fresh fruit of choice), chocolate chips, maple syrup, or any thing else that’s tasty!
*For Chocolate B”oats” add 2 tsp of cocoa powder and mix with the eggs and bananas.
